Quintas del Bosque is a fascinating project of mountain huts, where peace and recreation are mixed in a privileged habitat composed of a lush forest.

The project has a land area of 300,000 m2, divided into 6 forests that are named according to the tree that surrounds them. Caribbean Forest, Grevilea Forest, Cypress Forest, Araucaria Forest, Bosque Occidentalis and Bosque Los Helechos. Initially designed in a subdivision of seventy (70) private properties and two (2) of common use, for a playground and recreational area for owners. Later becoming a lot of one hundred thirty (130) private properties and three (3) of common use.

On average, the size of the Lots is 2,500 m2 and we have allocated 30% of the project area as green or protected areas in order to maintain the natural forest that the place has. We have a privileged location in the middle of a forest in the heights, with a minimum elevation of 650 mt above sea level and maximum of 1,000 mt.
